About Us

We're Gold Rush Cafe' and we've been a restaurant and catering service here in Paducah, KY, since 1999. We're a neighborhood eatery loved by both locals and tourists we’ve been voted multiple times as having the best breakfast in Paducah, known for our unique dishes like bread pudding waffles, scotch eggs, and exclusive mash-up dishes highlighting local restaurants. We started this business when the opportunity arose to purchase the restaurant from the previous owner at a great deal. We have a love of food, culinary training, and a drive to provide the best dining experience possible for each and every guest. We're looking forward to growing our business to continue to serve Paducah and the surrounding areas. Our Story

Korey Vasquez opened Gold Rush Cafe’ in 1999 out of his lifetime passion for food. His passion for cooking started as a young child and continued through his pursuit of culinary school and eventually, his own restaurant. Now, Gold Rush Café is a neighborhood eatery loved by both locals and tourists, and they have been voted multiple times as having the best breakfast in Paducah.

What makes Gold Rush Café special is both the experience and the food itself. We offer an extensive menu of breakfast, brunch, and lunch items, from traditional classic dishes to our own unique dishes like bread pudding waffles or scotch eggs. We also offer weekly off menu specials and exclusive mash up dishes highlighting local restaurants.

When you walk through our door, you will notice we have a bright, fresh approach to all your favorites, like our omelets or delicious breakfast sandwiches. For lunch, we offer lunch plates like tenders with sides and sandwiches such as classic Monte Cristo, and a patron favorite, the Forty-niner Mac & Cheese.
